Spaces are offered on a first come, first serve basis. There is a minimum booking term of 30 days.

All U of T students, any student enrolled in a post-secondary institution, U of T alumni and School of Continuing Studies students.

Economy, Standard and Standard Plus rooms include a connected ensuite bathroom, shared with the adjoining room.

Any fees listed on our website are indicative and subject to final approval. Final fee assessments will be conducted in accordance with the applicable policies and guidelines at the University of Toronto. Any changes to fees will be updated by April 2026.
Applications for Summer Residence are made via StarRez.
Yes! All students enrolled in a post-secondary institution for the summer term, including those on a placement, co-op or work term, are eligible to apply. You do not have to be a University of Toronto student to stay with us during the summer.
Please note: non U of T Students are required to provide proof of student status.
A minimum stay of 30 days is required. You can stay up to four months for full summer stays.
For stays of less than 30 days, you can make a booking with our summer accommodations team via Stay at U of T.
Your first payment must be submitted through the application on Moneris. Once this payment is completed it unlocks the remaining sections of your application. You will pay the remaining balance through your ACORN account.
Any unpaid fees on ACORN on the 15th of each month are subject to service charges.

Fees balance is due upon or prior to arrival at Oak House for check-in.
Summer offers are typically sent in early to mid-March. If you meet our eligibility requirements and space permits, you will be contacted by email with an offer.
