We are excited to welcome you as one of the very first residents of Oak House. Our team has been working hard to get everything ready for your arrival.
Unfortunately, due to last minute construction delays, Oak House will not be ready for move-in as scheduled. This means that students will be unable to move into the residence as planned.
While this is not the experience we had anticipated, your comfort and safety are our top priorities.
All incoming residents will be contacted directly with guidance on next steps and your arrival. In order to provide you with as much information as possible, we have also put together a list of commonly asked questions below.
Located at the corner of Spadina and Sussex, just steps away from the iconic Robarts Library, Oak House is a brand new student residence on University of Toronto’s St. George Campus.

We wish to acknowledge this land on which Oak House Residence and the University of Toronto operates. For thousands of years it has been the traditional land of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca and, most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit River. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.
