Occupancy Fees 2026-27

Our occupancy fees are comprehensive and include accommodation, utilities, internet and residence services, such as programming and staff support.

Dining Fees 2026-27

All students living in dormitory rooms are required to have an Oak House Meal Plan. Meal plans are optional for students living in a suite.

Deposit 1 is due to be paid before the deadline stated in the Resident’s Letter of Offer. Failure to pay either deposit by the stated deadline will result in the student’s space in residence being forfeited. 


Cancellation Policy 2026-27

Cancellation Prior to Occupancy Period 
Students who cancel before the beginning of the occupancy period will forfeit their deposits as indicated in the tables below. The only exception is for those admitted with a First-Year Undergraduate Residence Guarantee, who are eligible to receive 50% of the first deposit if cancellation is received by July 14. 

Early Withdrawal from Residence 
If a Resident elects to cancel and/or withdraw from the Residence after the Occupancy Period has commenced, a reassessment of the Occupancy Fee will occur in accordance with the tables below. The “Notice Date” is the date upon which the request to withdraw is received by the Residence.
