Oak House is University of Toronto’s newest student residence.

Providing 23 stories of state-of-the-art space for living, dining, studying and socialising, Oak House will become home to more than 500 undergraduate and graduate students from all faculties and colleges.

Located in the heart of Downtown Toronto, on U of T’s St. George campus, Oak House offers a prime location on the corner of Spadina and Sussex Avenues, just steps from Robarts Library, the Athletic Centre, Spadina subway station, and great shopping and dining in the Annex.

Land Acknowledgment

We wish to acknowledge this land on which Oak House and the University of Toronto operates. For thousands of years it has been the traditional land of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca and, most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit River. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.
