Front Desk Hours
Security
Key fobs must be shown each time you pass the Front Desk. Your fob required to enter the building through turnstiles and to open your room door.
Maintenance
We have a dedicated team of in-house maintenance staff that are here to help support the needs of students in their physical spaces. Maintenance requests can be submitted at any time on the Oak House Maintenance Portal and will be addressed in order of priority.

Housekeeping
Wi-Fi is available throughout the Oak House building on the University of Toronto network. You can connect to the U of T wireless network using your UTORID.

Guest Registration
Guests are permitted at Oak House.
All guests must be pre-registered in the Housing Portal prior to arrival.
Guests should be prepared to display their confirmation email to security or a residence staff member when requested.
Residents must always be with their guests, including escorting the guest out of the building.
Guests are allowed to stay overnight for up to 3 nights consecutively and 10 nights total per semester as outlined in the Community Standards.

Mail and packages can be collected at Front Desk.
Students will receive email notification for collection.
Bike storage is available for residents at Oak House, located in the lower level.
To access the storage room, visit the Front Desk to register your bike

Onsite assistance is available via the Don on Duty, Front Desk or Security team.
